Yesterday we said a final farewell to Eileen McManus who has now officially retired from her catering role in the kitchen. She said it had been an enjoyable 35 years and she really missed the children. We presented her with a gold watch and a bunch of flowers on behalf of the staff, parents and pupils of St. Mary’s Brookeborough. We wish her good health and happiness in her retirement.
